You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Final sale items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This applies to any item marked as on sale (shown with a reduced price) at the time of purchase. This is indicated on the relevant product pages before you complete your order.

Return conditions

Returned products (full-price items only) must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In perfect condition

Any item that is damaged, used, or incomplete cannot be refunded.
